Controlled breathing, concentration & a carefully stuctured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

yogaThis class will strengthen and lengthen your muscles leaving you feeling invigorated and energetic. Postures are held longer and with work toward precise body alignment. As always you may work at your own pace and modifications to make the class easier or harder are always given.








Heartpounding cardio step workouts!

Step Aerobics is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and an approachable instructor. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body.

Strength for Seniors

Improve coordination, balance, and strength!

strength for seniorsWith extra emphasis on coordination, balance, strength and core work this class is great for seniors or those recovering from an injury. Light to medium weights, bands and stability balls are used during class. Exercise modifications are given for any special limitations. This is an excellent complement to water aerobics.

The indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music!

rpm riderTake on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. There is a nominal fee associated used for bike maintenance. $4/class or $10/month. Come check it out for free and decide if you like it! Please arrive a few minutes early for help setting up you bike. A towel and water are strongly recommended.






Come As You Are, Leave As A Star! (Dance-Inspired Aerobics)

rpm rider Dance combinations to chart-topping hits, old and new will have you moving! You'll be loving it so much that time will fly by! SH'BAM and Zumba are for people of all fitness levels, and we promise you'll get fitter doing this class regularly. What to Bring: Make sure you bring a drink bottle and towel and wear loose, comfortable clothing for freedom of movement. It's also a good idea to wear shoes that let you twist and turn easily on the floor.

Water Aerobics

Low-impact water workouts for all levels!

water aerobicsWater Aerobics is excellent for all levels of exerciser from beginner to advanced. The low impact water environment is great for individuals seeking active recovery from high impact workouts or those recovering from an injury. It is a safe, low-impact workout that will protect the joints. Buoys or noodles are an option for the more advanced but the resistance of the water against the limbs provides an excellent workout for beginners.







This unique class created by our Sonora Sports and Fitness instructors is the union of two great workouts combined to bring you the energy of stepping with the control of kickboxing. You will step, kick, punch and sculpt your way through this upbeat combination workout!
