From time to time we offer highly specialized classes for a small fee. These classes are goal oriented and time sensitive.  They run from 2 to 6 weeks and often fill up quickly. Read below to see some of the options that may be coming to you soon.  Check our calendar often for what’s coming up.  Or sign up below to request an email when a new class comes out. You can also speak to the listed instructor any time to find out when they are thinking of doing the next class.

Tabata is great to get a quick workout in if you're short on time, you need to switch up your routine, or you want improve endurance and speed. All sessions are 30 minutes. Incorporate this type of workout into your fitness routine and produce results. Tabata training is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, featuring short bursts of exercises. High-intensity interval training has more impact on both the aerobic and anaerobic systems.


Each exercise in a given Tabata workout lasts only four minutes, but it's likely to be one of the longest four minutes you've ever endured! The structure of the program is as follows:


Workout hard for 20 seconds

Rest for 10 seconds

Complete 8 rounds
