We offer a variety of Group Exercise Classes to meet the varying needs of our members. Our certified instructors are passionate about helping you reach your goals whether this is your first day or part of your rigorous athletic pursuit.  We offer world-renowned Les Mills classes alongside classic classes like Yoga and Water Aerobics.

Pilates

Improve your posture and strengthen, lengthen and stabilize your core. This class focuses on flexibility and stability by strengthening stabilizing muscles in the torso and lower back. Starts easy, then progressive.

Pilates Fusion

Pilates Fusion blends the core-strengthening principles of Pilates with dynamic intervals and energizing music for a full-body workout. Optional equipment such as weights and resistance bands may be used to enhance your training. Choose your intensity level and get ready to challenge yourself in this fun and engaging class. All levels are welcome!

Circuit du Soleil

Jump-start your day with Circuit du Soleil! This 45 minute circuit that combines strength and aerobic activity into one workout of 12 exercises performed for 45 seconds & 3 rounds each. The upside is you're done before 7am…and there is no downside! Beginners and those seeking an addition to their current program are sure to benefit!

Yoga

This class is designed to strengthen and lengthen your muscles, leaving you feeling invigorated and energized.  This class focuses on extended postures and precise body alignment to enhance flexibility, balance, and strength.  As always you are encouraged to work at your own pace, with modifications provided to make the practice easier or more challenging.  All levels welcome!

Beginning Yoga

Beginning Yoga is the perfect introduction to the practice of yoga, designed for all ages and abilities. This class moves at a slower pace than an intermediate class, focusing on clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. You’ll work on mobility, stability, balance, and strength to support overall well-being and function.  A welcoming environment where you can build confidence and deepen your practice at your own pace.

Strength & Stamina

Strength and Stamina is a dynamic functional fitness class designed to build strength and boost cardiovascular endurance. Using a variety of exercises and formats, this 60-minute workout keeps things fun and engaging while challenging your body in new ways. Suitable for all abilities, with modifications for any limitations. Get ready to move, strengthen and energize!

BODYPUMP

This 60-minute Les Mills workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

T&T Grit

Combine TRX and Tabata into a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class designed to push your body to its limits with short, intense bursts of effort followed by brief recovery periods. Incorporating TRX/TRX Rip Trainer focuses on building strength, balance, core stability cardiovascular and endurance. This safe, yet challenging workout, suitable for all ages and abilities, will help you reach your fitness goals with determination and effort, showing your GRIT.

TRX Fitness Fusion

An awesome full-body workout! Combining 30 minutes of spin for cardio and 30 minutes of TRX for strength, balance, and endurance makes for a well-rounded fitness class. The mix of high-energy cycling and controlled suspension training ensures both heart-pumping intensity and muscle engagement. Perfect for all fitness levels, since TRX allows for modifications. This safe, yet challenging, workout will help you reach your fitness goals!

Sprint Fusion

Beginning with 30 minutes of  High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout using a spin bike to achieve fast results with low or minimal impact infused with Core strengthening, creating stability and endurance through movement of muscles that support your core, improve balance, and assist in injury prevention to round out this 60 minute workout.

Water Aerobics 

Water Aerobics is a fun and effective workout for all fitness levels! This hour-long class can be as challenging or as gentle as you need - get your heart pumping and muscles burning to enjoy low-impact movements that work and massage your joints. Whether you’re looking to spice up your routine or ease back into fitness, this class will keep you motivated. Performed vertically without the need for swimming, water aerobics helps build muscle, boost metabolism and strengthen your body. Enjoy year-round movement and sunshine in our heated pool!
