We offer a variety of Group Exercise Classes to meet the varying needs of our members. Our certified instructors are passionate about helping you reach your goals whether this is your first day or part of your rigorous athletic pursuit.  We offer world-renowned Les Mills classes alongside classic classes like Yoga and Water Aerobics.

Choose a class, choose a time, you don’t have to follow anyone’s schedule but your own! Pick from over 400 pre-recorded workouts and follow along with world-class instructors on the big screen. All the necessary equipment and coaching is right at your fingertips! Open M-F 5a-8p, S-S 8a-4p

Pilates

Improve your posture and strengthen, lengthen and stabilize your core. This class focuses on flexibility and stability by strengthening stabilizing muscles in the torso and lower back. Starts easy, then progressive.

Pilates Fusion

Pilates Fusion uses the principles of Pilates combined with intervals and upbeat music. Optional equipment may include weights and resistance bands. Chose your intensity and prepare yourself for an amazing workout. All levels welcome.

Circuit du Soleil

Jump-start your day with Circuit du Soleil! This 45 minute circuit that combines strength and aerobic activity into one workout of 12 exercises performed for 45 seconds & 3 rounds each. The upside is you're done before 7am…and there is no downside! Beginners and those seeking an addition to their current program are sure to benefit!

Yoga

This class will strengthen and lengthen your muscles leaving you feeling invigorated and energetic. Postures are extended in length and allow you to work toward precise body alignment. As always you may work at your own pace and modifications are always given to make the class easier or harder.

Beginning Yoga

This class is designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class is slower paced than an all-levels class, and focused on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play, and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment.

Fit 4 Life

A functional fitness class designed to build strength and improve cardio using a variety of different exercises & formats to keep it fun. All abilities welcome to this 60 minute class. Exercise modifications are given for any special limitations.

BODYPUMP

This 60-minute Les Mills workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

TRX

This 30 minute class combines the classic TRX training system and the TRX Rip Trainer to give you a workout that focuses on strength, balance, flexibility, core stability, rotational strength, and endurance. Using body weight and suspension straps, TRX allows a great full body strengthening workout for members of all ages and abilities. This safe, yet challenging, workout will help you reach your fitness goals!

TABATA

Tabata involves 20 seconds of all-out effort followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated eight times for a total of four minutes. Every four-minute bout is one complete Tabata. Then repeat. repeat. repeat. How hard can you push yourself to maximize this 30 minute workout?

Sprint

30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results. It's a short, intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.

Water Aerobics 

Water Aerobics is great for all levels! This hour-long class will make your muscles burn and your heart pump or simply help work and massage your joints with low impact movement. Whether you are looking for something to spice up your workout or just getting back to the gym these classes will motivate you to a new fitness level. Exercises are performed vertically and without swimming. Water Aerobics improves muscle development which leads to a higher metabolism and a stronger body.  Enjoy being out in the sunshine year-round in our heated pool!
