Group Exercise Classes
We offer a variety of Group Exercise Classes to meet the varying needs of our members. Our certified instructors are passionate about helping you reach your goals whether this is your first day or part of your rigorous athletic pursuit. We offer world-renowned Les Mills classes alongside classic classes like Yoga and Water Aerobics.
All* Group Exercise Classes are included in your Adult Center Membership

This class will strengthen and lengthen your muscles leaving you feeling invigorated and energetic. Postures are extended in length and allow you to work toward precise body alignment. As always you may work at your own pace and modifications are always given to make the class easier or harder.

With extra emphasis on coordination, balance, strength and core work this class is well-rounded and light impact. Light to medium weights, bands and stability balls are used during class. Exercise modifications are given for any special limitations.

Strength & Balance
With extra emphasis on coordination, balance, and strength this class is great for seniors or those recovering from injury. Light resistance and body-weight based calisthenics allow participants to work at their own pace and intensity. Exercise modifications are given for any special limitations. This is an excellent complement to water aerobics.

This 60-minute Les Mills workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

Les Mills BODYFLOW is a Yoga, Tai Chi & Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

Les Mills TONE is a unique Les Mills cross-training workout mixing cardio, core work, and strength. TONE will work your entire body through basic moves like lunges, squats and tubing exercises. Stick with TONE and you may experience increased heart-lung fitness, improved muscular strength and endurance, better flexibility and agility, and reduction in bone and joint degeneration.

Les Mills' CXWORX is a 30-minute workout using resistance bands and weight plates. This class will help you build core strength, improve the functional fitness of your abdominals, core, and glutes. CXWORX focuses on everything from the mid-thigh up to the shoulders. Stick with CXWORX and you may notice improvements in everything from your daily life to your favorite activities.

Les Mills BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with options for the total beginner to peak athletes. The class combines athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. Energizing tunes will keep your motivated through the entire workout. You'll challenge your limits (in a safe way), burn up to 730 calories and leave with a sense of achievement. Classes are 55 minutes of fun and hard work.

Les Mills BODYCOMBAT lets you punch and kick your way to peak physical condition. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. BODYCOMBAT will train your whole body getting you fit, fast and strong. You'll tone your legs, arms, back and shoulders while getting an incredible core workout without even realizing it. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
Agility, speed, punch, kick
Les Mills SH’BAM™ is a fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. Absolutely no dance experience is required. All you need is a good attitude and a love of moving. Even if you walk in thinking you can’t, you’ll walk out knowing you can! The simple, yet sassy moves your instructor will teach you are right for any age and ability. So come on in and join the party!

Les Mills RPM™ is a group indoor cycling class where you control the intensity. This class is low impact but incinerates calories! You'll hear great music while you power through hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. You control your own resistance levels and speed so you can build up your fitness level over time. It’s a journey, not a race! There is a nominal fee of just $4 a class or $10 a month to add RPM to any membership.
Cardio, Ride, Burn Calories
Water Aerobics is great for all levels, this class will make your muscles burn and your heart pump or simply help work and massage your joints with low impact movement. Whether you are looking for something to spice up your workout or just getting back to the gym these classes will motivate you to a new fitness level. Cupping and kicking the water improves muscle development which leads to higher metabolism and a stronger body. You can enjoy being out in the sunshine year-round in our heated pool!
Make a splash and work on your fitness
It is Tabata in the water! This is not your average water aerobics class. It is a challenging, high intensity workout, alternating cardio drills with resistance training. This class is a great way to get intense training without the impact.
