*Muscles around the pelvis & their function in stabilizing the low back
*Ways to strengthen weak muscle and release tightness
*Gentle movement to awaken sensation and reprogram the sensory-motor system
*Breathing and guided relaxation
Suitable for all levels of ability. Modifications and adaptations will be offered. No yoga experience necessary.
